01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("Member", "User", "You") and dh444 ("dh444", "the Platform", "We", "Us") governing your access to and use of the dh444 website, mobile interface, betting services, casino games, and any related services made available at dh444.app and its associated subdomains.

By completing the dh444 registration process, by clicking any acceptance checkbox, or by simply accessing or using any part of the dh444 platform, you irrevocably confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and any other users of the platform.

dh444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, dh444 will endeavour to notify active members via the contact details registered on their account. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. The effective date at the top of this document reflects when the current version was last modified.

02 Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the dh444 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their membership:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. dh444 operates strictly as an adults-only service. Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to register, access, or use any part of the dh444 platform under any circumstances.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. If you are subject to any court order or legal restriction that limits your ability to enter into contracts, you are not eligible to use dh444.
• Personal registration: You must register as an individual in your own legal name. Registrations on behalf of third parties, corporations, syndicates, or any other entity are not permitted.
• Not a dh444 employee: Current employees, contractors, or agents of dh444 and their immediate family members are prohibited from holding a betting or gaming account on the platform.
• Not self-excluded: Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from the dh444 platform are not eligible to re-register or access the service during the active exclusion period.

dh444 takes its 18+ obligation seriously. We reserve the right to request proof of age from any member at any time, without prior notice. Accepted documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification within the period specified by dh444 will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

03 Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of dh444 services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. dh444 relies on the information you provide; any inaccuracies that result in harm to dh444 or other members may be treated as a breach of these Terms.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) dh444 account. Duplicate accounts — including those registered under different names, different email addresses, or different mobile numbers — are strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual through shared devices, shared IP addresses, shared payment methods, or other indicators, dh444 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all such accounts and to void any associated bets or bonuses.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dh444 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. dh444 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account where such unauthorised use results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify dh444 immediately at [email protected].

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the dh444 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). dh444 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, nor does it process any foreign currency conversion on behalf of members. The platform currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

• bKash: Minimum deposit ৳200. Withdrawals processed within 30–60 minutes under normal operating conditions.
• Nagad: Minimum deposit ৳200. Withdrawals processed within 30–60 minutes under normal operating conditions.
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank): Minimum deposit ৳300. Withdrawals processed within 1–2 hours.
• Upay: Minimum deposit ৳200. Withdrawals processed within 30–60 minutes under normal operating conditions.

Withdrawal requests are subject to a minimum amount of ৳500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. dh444 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Members may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in their own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will be declined.

dh444 processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible; however, processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, on public holidays recognised in Bangladesh, or where additional verification is required. dh444 does not accept responsibility for delays caused by the member's mobile financial service provider or bank.

05 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the dh444 sportsbook and all wagers made in dh444 casino games are subject to the specific product rules applicable to each game or market, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall take precedence for that particular product only.

dh444 offers betting markets on cricket — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers Test and One Day International matches, and ICC tournament fixtures — as well as football, kabaddi, and other sports. Live in-play betting is available on selected markets. dh444 reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle any bet or market at its discretion, particularly in the event of:

• A technical error affecting odds accuracy or market availability
• Clear evidence of match-fixing, manipulation, or irregular betting patterns
• A change in the rules or format of a sporting event that materially affects the outcome
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or government-mandated event cancellations
• An error in the official result data received by dh444 from its data providers

Casino games including slot machines, live dealer tables (operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi), crash games (Blocky Block), and arcade games (Royal Fishing) use certified random-number generation technology. All game outcomes are final once confirmed by the game server. dh444 does not intervene in individual game outcomes and cannot reverse a result that has been validly generated by the game engine.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

dh444 periodically offers bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and seasonal offers to eligible members. These may include welcome bonuses for newly registered members, deposit-match promotions, cashback offers, tournament prizes, and special event promotions tied to occasions such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or major cricket tournaments like the BPL and T20 World Cup.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all dh444 promotions:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Validity period: Bonuses expire if not used within the validity window stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• One bonus per promotion: Each eligible promotion may be claimed once per member, per household, and per payment method unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and certain sportsbook bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion.
• Maximum bet during wagering: While clearing a bonus wagering requirement, the maximum stake per bet may be capped. Placing bets above the cap during a bonus wagering period may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Non-transferable: Bonuses are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred to another member or exchanged for cash.

dh444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a member has partially fulfilled its terms, dh444 will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and may apply a proportional adjustment. Suspected abuse of promotional offers — including the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may lead to permanent account closure.

07 Prohibited Conduct

Members are expected to use the dh444 platform in good faith and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Underage use: Accessing or using the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or knowingly allowing a minor to use your account.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or using more than one dh444 account per individual, regardless of the identity, device, or payment method used.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes, chargebacks, or reversal requests after depositing funds and placing bets on the platform.
• Arbitrage and matched betting: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers or odds discrepancies across markets in a manner that guarantees profit regardless of outcome, also known as arbitrage or "arbing".
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to influence the outcome of any game or market on dh444.
• Use of automated tools: Deploying bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with dh444 games or betting markets.
• Hacking or exploiting: Attempting to access dh444's systems without authorisation, exploiting software bugs, or interfering with the platform's normal operation.
• Money laundering: Using the dh444 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities.
• Abusive behaviour: Directing threatening, abusive, or discriminatory language at dh444 staff or other members through any channel, including live chat and support email.
• Impersonation: Attempting to misrepresent your identity or impersonate another member or a dh444 employee.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

dh444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a member's account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, any of the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7, failure to provide identity verification documents upon request, and suspected fraudulent activity.

Members who wish to close their own dh444 account may do so voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before account closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their natural outcome, and any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the member via their registered payment method.

Members who feel they need to stop gambling for personal wellbeing reasons are encouraged to use dh444's self-exclusion tool rather than simple account closure. Self-exclusion provides a cooling-off period during which the account cannot be reactivated, offering a stronger protective measure. Full details are available on the Responsible Gaming page.

Where an account is closed by dh444 due to a Terms violation, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. dh444 will not be liable for any losses suffered by a member as a result of account closure where that closure was necessitated by the member's own breach of these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable international online gaming standards. Any dispute arising between a member and dh444 in connection with these Terms shall be addressed first through dh444's internal dispute resolution process, initiated by contacting [email protected] with full details of the complaint. dh444 will respond to formal complaints within five (5) business days under Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
